At Superfoods Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your new apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
